Archplan Developments is one of Egypt's most prominent real estate developers and urban planners, founded in 1985 by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ayman Ashour. With nearly 1,000 completed projects and 40 years of experience, Archplan has shaped Egypt's urban landscape — from designing the Adly Mansour Station (awarded best worldwide station of 2022) to being one of the 5 companies that developed the strategic planning for the New Administrative Capital. The company operates across 5 branches in Egypt, England, Oman, UAE, and Morocco, collaborating with international experts from across Europe. Their landmark Il Cuore Verde project is the first building in the Middle East to incorporate the concept of an urban forest.
Archplan Developments needed a digital presence that matched their 40-year legacy and international stature. Their existing website failed to communicate the scale and prestige of their portfolio — from urban master planning to award-winning architectural landmarks. The design needed to appeal to high-net-worth investors, international partners, and property buyers while showcasing both their architectural heritage and their forward-thinking vision for projects like the New Administrative Capital.
We crafted a sophisticated UI/UX design in Figma that embodies Archplan's architectural DNA. The design features an immersive project showcase with full-bleed imagery and interactive galleries for their landmark developments, elegant dark-themed aesthetics with clean typography reflecting premium real estate positioning, dedicated sections for each project category — residential, commercial, mixed-use, and urban planning, an interactive timeline celebrating 40 years of architectural achievement, partner and awards sections highlighting international collaborations and recognitions, and a seamless bilingual (EN/AR) layout designed for both LTR and RTL audiences. Every design decision was informed by real estate buyer psychology and premium brand conventions.
The design received approval from Archplan's leadership on the first major presentation with minimal revisions.
The immersive project showcases and interactive elements set a new benchmark for real estate websites in the Egyptian market.
The bilingual design system ensures consistent brand experience across English and Arabic audiences.
The design successfully positions Archplan as a world-class developer — matching their international operations and award-winning portfolio.
92% of property buyers start their search online. Real estate developers with premium website designs generate 4x more qualified leads and 65% higher average property values in inquiries.
Despite Egypt's $25B real estate market, fewer than 20% of developers have modern, mobile-optimized websites. Premium digital presence is becoming the key differentiator for attracting international investors.
Full-bleed imagery with interactive galleries and detailed project pages for each development — residential, commercial, mixed-use, and urban planning — designed to captivate high-net-worth buyers.
Elegant dark-themed design with refined typography, generous whitespace, and cinematic transitions — reflecting Archplan's position as a world-class architectural firm.
Interactive timeline celebrating Archplan's journey from 1985 to present — featuring milestone projects, awards, international expansion, and landmark achievements.
Complete design system supporting both English (LTR) and Arabic (RTL) layouts — with mirrored components, culturally appropriate imagery, and consistent brand experience across languages.
The design perfectly captures who we are — 40 years of architectural excellence presented in a modern, immersive digital experience. The team understood that our website needed to feel like walking through one of our developments. We approved the design with minimal changes.
